LATEST is a curated design reference platform that allows users to browse a collection of design references, discover visually similar work, and receive AI-generated creative direction. Some features are freely available to all visitors, while others require authentication and are available to authorized users only.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted features or other users' data
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without express permission
• Submit false or misleading information through any forms on the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

4. Intellectual Property

The curation, selection, arrangement, and editorial content of LATEST are the intellectual property of civilian.design. The LATEST name, branding, and interface design are proprietary.

Individual design references displayed on the Service are the property of their respective creators and are curated for purposes of commentary, criticism, and education. 5. Waitlist and Communications

By submitting your email address through our waitlist form, you consent to receive communications from us regarding early access to the Service. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content displayed on the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, civilian.design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
